If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund. We will refund the remaining balance after deducting charges for any work that has already been completed. Refunds are not available once revisions have been made. However, if you raise a valid concern, a full refund may be considered after review.
We offer unlimited free revisions under specific conditions. Additional charges may apply if the revised work exceeds the original page limit. To qualify for a free revision, requests must be submitted within the defined timeframe. Once this period expires, the work is considered approved. For plagiarism-related revision requests, a detailed plagiarism report must be provided. The standard turnaround time for revisions is 24 hours.
Customers who choose a partial payment plan will receive 50% of the work initially. The remaining balance must be cleared to receive the final and complete version of the order.
Orders with a 24-hour urgency will have their revisions completed within the same 24-hour period. Orders marked with a 24 to 48-hour urgency will receive revisions within 48 hours. Orders with an urgency of 48 hours or more will have revisions completed within 72 hours.
